Description: An improvement to the Bull Run River for the Portland Water Bureau consisting of removal of existing weir, removal of a 24” concrete encased outlet pipe, and concrete armoring the bank adjacent to the removed weir with 6 foot average sized boulders. The Bull Run River is temporarily bypassed through the construction area.
